Description

燜燒使用方法

1.預熱 倒入攝氏100度熱水,扭實內塞和蓋子,靜止8-10分鐘後倒掉。這一步很重要,不能省略.
2.放入食材 放入準備好的食材,如偏硬的豆類需煮至半熟才放入燜燒壺
3.放入食材後加攝氏100度的熱水扭緊內塞及蓋子,水量大約為壺的80%容量
4.燜燒3小時便能做出香綿口感的粥或糖水。如喜歡更軟綿口感,可再蓋上燜燒
